Today's Clean Eating Class!

Today's class was so great! I was so excited about the information and motivated to incorporate more fiber into my diet, choose foods that actually increase my metablolism and decrease fat absorption, and make sure I am getting the right amount of protein for my body! Bursting with Energy!

I am so excited this morning! It is not even 8:00am and I feel so energetic and motivated by "clean eating" and filling my body with healthy things!!! Today is my clean-eating class, and I it gets me so motivated. I am not an expert, but I love researching, studying, and trying to make a positive change! I will post later today and outline of the things I am going over in class! (importance of daily protein, daily fiber, your metabolism...) Awe...good stuff.
