30 Day Get Fit Program!

Yay!! Some of you are joining me on a 30 day Get Fit Program! I am so excited to share tips, recipes and ideas with you! I am passionate about clean eating, exercise and am thrilled to have a group of men and women to keep me accountable! Check back for new posts....

* If you have ordered the Protein Powder...make yourself a smoothie for breakfast until it arrives!

Fruit Smoothie:
Ice
8-12 oz of Coconut Milk
1 cup Plain Greek yogurt
strawberries, blueberries, bananans, (fruit of choice)
add in some fresh Kale (you won't taste it!)
Raw honey to sweeten

* Read through the past posts on Clean Eating....stay away from packaged food, snacks!

Snack ideas to pack up in baggies and take with you:
raw almonds
sliced apples
raw trail mix
hummus/veggies
extra protein shake
Water, Water, Water.....

I was so excited about the information and motivated to incorporate more fiber into my diet, choose foods that actually increase my metablolism and decrease fat absorption, and make sure I am getting the right amount of protein for my body! Bursting with Energy!

I am so excited this morning! It is not even 8:00am and I feel so energetic and motivated by "clean eating" and filling my body with healthy things!!! Today is my clean-eating class, and I it gets me so motivated. I am not an expert, but I love researching, studying, and trying to make a positive change! I will post later today and outline of the things I am going over in class! (importance of daily protein, daily fiber, your metabolism...) Awe...good stuff.

Breakfast tomorrow....

Freeze Protein Smoothies for the kiddos!

Today we bought little plastic containers to freeze protein shakes in for school lunches! We are so excited. We purchased the "good" kind of plastic, made by the brand, Ball. We whipped up some Blueberry Vanilla Protein Smoothies! (Vegan Protein from Arbonne... contact me if you want some) Yay! Try it.

Blueberry Smoothie:

Coconut Milk
Frozen Blueberries (no sugar added)
ice
2 scoops Vanilla protein powder

I cooked spaghetti, using whole wheat pasta, organic sauce (from Walmart) and hamburger meat. I cooked it, layered it in a 13x9 and put it in the oven for 15-20 min.
